Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Foxy Fit Pole Dance! By booking a class you agree to the following policies. These help keep our space safe, supportive, and empowering for everyone. 1. Booking & Registration • All classes require advance booking. • Payment is required at registration. • All passes, drop-ins, workshops, and events are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Students must keep contact info up to date. 2. Payment • Prices are in CAD. • Accepted payments: e-transfer, credit card, cash. • Outstanding balances must be cleared before attending new classes. • Discounts or promo codes cannot be applied retroactively. 3. Cancellation & No-Show • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before class. • Late cancels and no-shows forfeit the class. • No refunds or credits for illness, missed classes, or schedule conflicts. • Workshops, choreography courses, intensives, and special events are final sale. 4. Arrival & Etiquette • Arrive 5 minutes early to warm up. • Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may not be admitted for safety. • No lotions, oils, or jewelry (6–8 hours beforehand recommended). • Wear suitable pole attire (shorts recommended). • Respectful behaviour is mandatory; no harassment, gossip, or bullying. • Only instructors may teach or spot students. • Phones must be silenced during class. 5. Safety • Notify the instructor of any injuries or conditions before class. • Do not attempt moves you’re not cleared for. • Crash mats must be used as instructed. • Never train under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • Foxy Fit Pole Dance is not responsible for injuries sustained in class or open training. 6. Cleanliness • Clean your pole and area before leaving. • Maintain good hygiene; wear deodorant. • Remove outdoor footwear at the door. • Heels must have heel protectors. • Report spills or equipment issues immediately. 7. Personal Belongings • Store belongings in designated areas. • Foxy Fit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 8. Photos & Videos • Filming is allowed only during approved times. • No filming or photographing others without explicit permission. • Tagging the studio is appreciated when sharing content. 9. Guests & Minors • Classes are closed to spectators. • Minors only allowed in designated youth classes (if offered). • No pets, partners, or children in the studio during classes unless pre-approved. 10. Refunds & Credits • All sales are final. Credits/rescheduling only provided if the studio cancels a class
